She was predeceased by: her parents, Elza Collins and Lucille Hayburn Collins; and her siblings, Helen Hayth, Mary Fisher, Beatrice McGhee, Margie Whaley and Lewis Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Shook; her children, Nancy Shook Agee (Timothy) of Jefferson City, Tennessee and Greg Shook (Annie Sheets) of Coalton; and her pets, Bruiser, Lizzy, Lola, Baby Kitty and Phizz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Margaret can be made to the Coalton Historical Society, P.O. Box 233, Coalton, OH 45621 to assist with the restoration of Governor Rhodes' birthplace.
