Jean (Partin) Lowe Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 1, 2022, at the age of 89, Jean (Partin) Lowe of Colerain Township, Ohio, born in Frakes, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Garret Partin and Martha Partin (Nee Lambdin); her husband Ray Lowe; her son Randy Sutton; and her siblings, Earl Partin, Wayne Partin, Edward Partin, June Price, Mae Overton, Edith Britton, DeeDee Pugsley and Maxine Potts.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Sutton, Gary (Jackie Lowe) and Donald (Heidi Lowe); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Denham (Ryan), Ashley York (Ben), Cassie Lawless, Eric Lowe, Kenny Riehle (Dominique), Rachel Chesterman (Dave) and Chris Riehle; and her siblings, Lois Davis, Edra Mitchell (John), Bobbie McLaughlin (Dick), Kenneth Partin (Patsy), Ronnie Partin (Maxine), Larry Partin (Diane) and Randall Partin (Debbie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Family request that memorial contributions in Jean's memory be directed to the Cincinnati Association Blind Visually Impaired (CABVI), 2045 Gilbert Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 or plant a tree in Jean's memory.
