He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McDaniel and Mary McDaniel; and his siblings, Sis (Bud), Ginny (Frank) and Charlie (Lil).
He is survived by: his wife Santa McDaniel; his children, Lisa (Jeff), Linda (Jeff), Johnny (Debbie) and Jenny (Ron); his grandchildren, Justin (Ashlee), Jeffrey, Nick, Amber (Brian), Anthony (Ashley), Jenna (Alex), Sammy (Brandon), Tara, Brady, Kevin and Andrew (Dayna); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Julian, Braylon, Eva, Dominik, Dezmond, Daela, Dash, Easton, Levi, Brooks and Emerson; his sister-in-law Anna (Hubie); and his niece Gracie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Hospice of Cincinnati, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project, or St. Labre Indian School.
