He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Franklin and Minnie Jane Hiser (Stump); his wife Juanita (Hanlin); his siblings, Dorcas Hiser, Eileen Dove, Ronald, Quentin, Warren and Keith; and his grandsons, Ray Hiser and Preston Webb.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Frances Pryor (Fanny); his children, Randall F. Hiser (Gail), Jeffrey A. Hiser (Jennifer), Nancie A. Hiser-Webb (John), Julia G. Meyer (Christopher) and Timothy P. Hiser; and his friend Marilyn Lutz. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
