He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Peter Kavula Sr. and Mary Kavula (Mazeika); and his son Michael Peter Kavula III. He is survived by: his daughter Laurena; his wife Clara Kavula (Napier); his granddaughters, Paige Schlasinger and Brooke Schlasinger; and his sister Maryann Lariviere.
