He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Bailey and Nicolette Bailey (Orsillo); and his sister Sondra Ann Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Judith Bailey (Hildebrand); his daughter Kimberly Anne Bailey; and his grandson Darian Charles Zonker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heslop Chapel (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (73360 Pleasant Grove Rd, Colerain, OH 43916). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at the same location.
