It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Eugene Donnelly of Colton, Ohio, born in Napoleon, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond B. Donnelly and Helen Marie Donnelly (Barlow); and his brother Paul Donnelly. He is survived by: his siblings, John Donnelly (Lisa), Ruth Martz (John) and Polly McCraig. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
