He is survived by: his wife Connie Bulgrin; his brothers, Richard Bulgrin (Claudia) and Charles Bulgrin (Dawn); his niece Sarah Bulgrin; his father-in-law John Woloschak; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie (Bob), Kathy (John) and Johnny.

Tom was super smart and knowledgeable. He was always smiling. I admired him a lot. I was very upset when I heard this and I could not believe it. I still can't. I hope that he rest in peace and I pray for his family to be patient going through this pain.”
