She was predeceased by: her father John Theodore; her grandparents, June, Wayne Ewing, Emily and Earl Theodore; and her uncles, Dave, Tom and Mike Theodore.
She is survived by: her mother Jacki Ewing; her significant other Bryan Blakeman of Columbiana; her daughter Vivian Lynn Clark; her stepmother Melinda "Mia" Theodore; her siblings, Jena James (Bo), Charity Bejarano (Mario), Nicole Eury (Luke), Kayla Thompson Brothers, Eric Theodore, Ryan Theodore, Matthew Altomare (Hillary) and Eric Eaton; and her stepdaughters, Lauren Spitznagel (Daniel) and Lexi Blakeman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
