He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Hiner and Sara Fisher Hiner; and his brother Charles E. Hiner. He is survived by: his children, Darryl Hiner of Niles and Melinda DeCapio of Rochester, PA; and his siblings, Patricia McGath (Michael) of Columbiana, Raymond L. Hiner of Boardman and Jim Hiner (Jackie) of Columbiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
