He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Levendosky and Lorain Levendosky (Sylvester); and his grandson Quinn Levendosky. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Levendosky (Kenneweg); his children, Doug Levendosky (Rebecca McConnell), Danielle Hunter (Derek), Dayna Hickman (Josh) and Dara Levendosky (Dani Brigham); his grandchildren, Liam, Connor Levendosky, Tess and Evan Hunter; and his sister Linda Froomkin (Howard). He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; one great-niece; three great-nephews; and many cousins.
