She is survived by: her daughter Janet (Sam Pitzulo); her grandchildren, Dana (Cody Allen) and John (Logan Pitzulo); her great grandchildren, Jack, Bennett and Will Allen; her brother Roy Helsel of Portsmouth; her son Jim Fox; her friends, Marguerite and Paul Gillern; and her caregivers, Melissa, Kim, Stephanie, Madison, Solomon and Jen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
