She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kukoleck and Clara Talani Kukoleck; and her brother Bill Kukoleck. She is survived by: her significant other George Alvin Ludwig; her children, Joseph Eli Ludwig (Sylvan) of Columbiana, Nicole Lee Ludwig of Columbiana, Jacob George Ludwig (Amy) of Tampa, FL and Chuck Stoner of Cornersburg; her granddaughters, Chloe Williams of Spring Hill, TN, Mya Ludwig of Tampa, FL, Olivia Stoner of Cornersburg and Iris Ludwig of Columbiana; her great grandchild Shiloh Williams of Tampa, FL; and her siblings, Larry Kukoleck of Parma, OH, Karen Heist (Trip) of Clearwater, FL, Patty Kukoleck-McCormick of Valley View, OH and Linda Kukoleck of Valley View, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
