He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Harding Timmann. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Kale Timmann; his children, Michelle Timmann (Dana Ortutay) of Salem, Jerry Timmann of Salem, David Barker (Ashleay Badamy) of Columbiana and Rebecca Howell (Donovan) of Columbiana; his sisters, Susan Snook and Carolyn Hanville; and his grandchildren, Kolton, Emma, Mia and Lauren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
