He was predeceased by: his parents, Joann Cross Bell and Wesley "Butch" Bell, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Wavelene "Wave" Strabala McGath; his children, Amber Smith (Donald), Jordan McGath, Paris Lotze, Dallas Lotze and Cheyenne Lotze (Dougy); his siblings, Scott McGath, John McGath and Katrina McGath; and his grandchildren, Christian, Abigail, Aaliah, Scarlett and Miles.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Salem VFW Post #892 (496 Arch St, Salem, OH 44460).
