She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis "Buck" Noel and Ruby Noel (Arthurs); her daughter Patricia Downey; her granddaughter Heather Kirtley; and her siblings, Cecil Guy, James Noel, Raymond Noel, Robert Noel and Helen Cresanto.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda McCormick (Dave) of Arizona, Penny Melott of Columbiana and Bryan White of East Palestine; and her sister Patricia Stamp of Columbiana. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home (644 E Main St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
