She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Wilbur Costanzo and Carmel Elizabeth Costanzo-Clark (Mancuso) of New Waterford. She is survived by: her daughter Christine Nemenz (Larry); her brother Joseph Costanzo (Mary Jane); her stepsisters, Donna Jean Whippo (Charles), Shirley Jo Costanzo and Denise Costanzo-Ridinger; her husband Wallace Seybert; her sons, Richard Allen Seybert (Carol) and Frederick Seybert (Kathy); and her brother Ronald Costanzo (Janice). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
