Kathy Butera Wiery Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2025, at the age of 67, Kathy Butera Wiery of Columbiana, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Kathy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kathy has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ledia Butera and John Butera. She is survived by: her husband Bob Wiery; her brother John; her friends, Val Yanssens and Michelle Hendricks; and her pet Maggie.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home (28 N Main St, Columbiana, OH 44408). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Jude Parish (180 7th St, Columbiana, OH 44408).
