He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rudloff and Pauline Rudloff (Stewart); and his sister Jayn Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Noble; his son Ned Rudloff (Brianna) of Berlin Center; his grandchildren, Ben, Gabriella and Urban; and his siblings, Sue Straley, Betty Ann Ross, Kay Hrenko (Paul) of Darlington, PA and Jim Rudloff of Youngstown.
