He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Kavinsky; his son Keith Kavinsky; and his siblings, Joseph Kavinsky and Lorraine Guidos. He is survived by: his wife Carole Russo Kavinsky; his daughter Carrie Hazen (Jason); his grandsons, Reilly and Jacob Hazen; his daughter-in-law Corrine Carmen Kavinsky; and his grandchildren, Katie Bohnenstiehl (Brenden) and Drew Kavinsky. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
