Shadle (Ed) of Bedford, VA and Robert J. Smith (Perri) of Lisbon; his sisters, Kathryn C. Duncan of East Palestine and Virginia M. Spear (Robert) of East Palestine; his grandchildren, Sarah Thorne (Robert), Rebecca Donovan (Shaun), Jeffrey Smith (Mandi), Daniel Hawkins (Heather) and Katie Schultz (Rich); his stepgrandchild Lauren Shadle; and his great grandchildren, Bria Donovan, Kaydis Smith, Keith Smith, Drew Donovan, Liam Hawkins and Harper Hawkins.
