He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Wise and Vera Wise; and his sister Cora Sue Swogger. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea K. Wise; his grandchildren, Jim Heasley, John Heasley, Nicole Walker, Joseph Sapp, Aftyn Shah and Lindsay Mumma; and his caregivers, Patty and Diane. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, sister in laws and brother in laws.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Berlin Center Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 95, Berlin Center, Ohio 44401, in lieu of flowers.
