He is survived by: his parents, William Jr. Howell and Velda Nofziger Howell; his siblings, Autumn Howell, Justin Howell and Amber Springer (Jon); his nephew David Springer; and his aunts and uncles, Gloria Howell of Columbiana, Nancy Nofziger, Janice Foor, Paul, Esther Nofziger, Shirley Nafziger, Ross and Jo Nofziger. He is also survived by many cousins, and their spouses and children.
