He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stechschulte and Marguerite Stechschulte (Kiene); his wife Paula Lynn Pingle; his siblings, Robert (Agnes), Francis (Dora Jean), Maurice "Moe", John, Karl (Blanche), David, Harry (Ruth Ann), Patrick (Sharon), Marguerite Eversole and Jean Schulte (Ed); and his sister-in-law Judy Stechschulte.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Stechschulte of Hilliard, Nathan Stechschulte (Lisa) of Columbus Grove, Aaron Stechschulte (Cindy) of Columbus Grove and Adam Stechschulte (Kayla) of Columbus Grove; his grandchildren, Alexis Kuntzman (Chad), Gabriel Stechschulte (Michelle Bernet), Harrison Stechschulte, Daisy Stechschulte, Autumn Stechschulte, Ariel Stechschulte, Viviana Stechschulte, Vonn Stechschulte and Vallie Stechschulte; his great grandchildren, Finley, Graham Kuntzman and Bernet-Stechschulte; his siblings, Joe Stechschulte and Mary Sutter (Wayne); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Stechschulte, Betty Stechschulte, Mary Lou Stechschulte and William Eversole (Kathy).
