She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Fruchey (Todd), Krista Miller (John) and Dena Woolum (Todd); her grandchildren, Kelsey Moorman (Jason), Aubrey Fruchey, Dylan Fruchey, Nicholas Miller (Morgan), Tyler Miller, Zachary Woolum (Ella) and Hunter Woolum; her great grandchildren, Madilyn Moorman and Bryson Moorman; and her siblings-in-law, Denny Smith (Terrie) and Debbie Slusser (Ted).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hartman-Rousculp Community Funeral Home (10879 OH-12, Columbus Grove, OH 45830). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
