He is survived by: his children, Mackenzie Parcher (Collin) of Haskins and Aaron Vorst (Kaitlyn) of Columbus Grove; his grandchildren, Jameson Vorst, Brantley Vorst "Bubby" and Kane Patrick Parcher; and his siblings, Tom Wenzinger (Jeanne) of Ohio, Tim Vorst of North Carolina, Judy Bastian (Barry) of South Carolina, Carol Hemker (Randy) of Kentucky and Barb Sodders (Doug) of Ohio.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (518 W Sycamore St, Columbus Grove, OH 45830). A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 8:00 PM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church or St. Anthony School.
