She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Taylor and Siblle Taylor; her brothers, Gene Collins (Shirley) and James Taylor (Linda Kennedy); and her siblings-in-law, Larry Beemer, Dwaine Startzman and Louise Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Halker; her children, Lee Halker, Bob Halker (Jodi) and Casey Burkholder (Bryan); her grandchildren, Payton, Shep, Emerson Halker, Levi, Haley and Aubrey Burkholder; and her siblings, Harold Taylor, Yvonne Startzman, Betty Briggs (Mike), Sharon McClain (Jim) and Carolyn Beemer.
Memorial contributions can be made to Putnam County Homecare and Hospice in Phyllis's name.
