He was predeceased by : his father Tedd Donaldson; and his niece Erin Taylor Donaldson. He is survived by : his mother Deborah Donaldson (Bonnell) of Columbus Grove; his sons, Tate O. Donaldson and Levi J. Donaldson of Ottawa; and his sisters, Cheri Flory (Michael) of North Baltimore, Renee Pitney of Columbus Grove and Jill Donaldson of Columbus Grove. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews and eleven great nieces and nephews.
