He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Clark; his wife Norine; his siblings, Tom, Joe and Mary; and his children, Mary Seitz and Michael.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Jeffrey (Julie), Greg (Patricia), Donald (Peggy) and Daniel Clark (Denise); his grandchildren, Kevin (Jennifer), Shawn, Ryan, Michael, Dr. Erin, Dr. Jennifer (Jake), Dr. Katie (Sean) and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Kaylan, Declan and Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
