She is survived by : her beloved companion, Jerry Andrews; her children, Mykayla Carroll (Christopher Garcia), Champaigne Andrews and Jeremiah Andrews; her grandchildren, Leighton and Ariyella Garcia; her mother Elder Sandra Cook; her siblings, Carmenita Cook, Synetha Riley and La'Quan Riley; her uncle Steven Williams; and her aunts, Yvonne, Rosetta and Ellen Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
