She is survived by: her children, Ryder Othel, Chayce Walker, Braxton Mathew and Skylynn Luna Faith; her parents, Rick Pelfrey and Riethie Pelfrey; her siblings, Angel (Michael), Rik, Lori, Amber (Mar), Patrick (Krista), Cody and Marli; her grandmother Grace Pelfrey; and her sister Beth Maertens. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins.
