He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Fox of Fort Wayne, IN; his former wife Carol Russell of Columbus; his stepchildren, Crissi and Jonathan of Columbus; his siblings, George Russell of Lima, Gloria Russell of Lima, Mathis Russell of Lima, James Russell, Sr. of Lima, Delores Russell of Lima and Deborah Russell-Miller of Lima; and his home health aide Qamar of Columbus. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
