We bid farewell to Anand Gogate of Columbus, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 24, 2026 at the age of 90. Anand touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Anand departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Anand may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Anand leaves behind.
He is survived by: his spouse Shashikala Gogate MD; his brother Anil (Prema); and his children, Sangita, Soniya (Gokhale) and Sanjay (Susan). He is also survived by four nephews, ten nieces and seven grandchildren.
