With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ann Denise Christy (Columbus, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ann left this world on October 3, 2025 at the age of 63, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the vast expanse of eternity, Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Christy and Jacqueline Christy. She is survived by: her significant other Nancy; her sister Susan Christy (Nancy Snyder); her daughter Heidi Saad (Derek); and her close friend Caleb Moses (Magic). She is also survived by four grandsons, many cousins who were more like siblings.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Temple Israel Columbus (3100 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43209). Since Covid, Ann faithfully participated in two weekly meditation zoom groups with wonderful, caring people.
