He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Andrew and Teresa Helen Moracco (Guerrie); and his wife Betty Jean Moracco. He is survived by: his children, Joel A. Moracco of Caldwell, OH, Tina D'Eredita (NY), Abby Turner of Columbus, OH, Traci Moracco of Waterloo, NY, Toni Moracco of Seneca Falls, NY, Teresa (Randy) and Mullins; his grandchildren, Aelicia Clark (Dustin), Sean D'Eredita (Julie), Matthew McCullor (Paige), Jennifer Anderson (Steven), Dale, Aubri Covey, Blain Covey, Christopher Gemison, Tiana Moracco, Jonah Moracco, Breighlee Moracco, Tyler Hoerter (Lacey), Miah Hoerter (Kyle), Joel Hoerter, SethVagg, Quinton Vagg, Mykaela Mullins and Gabrielle Bennett (Jacob); and his brothers-in-law, Col. Michael David Reynolds (Hope) and Noah R. Reynolds Jr. (Ann). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
