He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter Owens and Arlenia Mae Owens. He is survived by: his children, Heather and Adam Lenart; his grandchildren, Jordan, Julius and Aubree; his siblings, Kelly Owens (Rich), Tracy Sturgill (Tracy) and Donny Owens (Theresa); his nieces, Heidi and Hannah; and his nephew Nicholas.
