She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Eggleton; and her siblings, Maryann Stultz, Cassandra Johnson Farren and Brian Baker. She is survived by: her significant other Herbert R. Sims; her mother Merlene Jones; her daughter Rashida; and her grandchildren, Victor, Devion, Lamar, Shemar, Lashay Tyree and Tico. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
