She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Whitmire and Ruby Whitmire; and her grandparents, Dennis, Pauline Whitmire, Robert and Novella Hardy.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Brown; her sons, David L and Michael L (Hillary); her brothers, Dennis M. Whitmire (Janice), Timothy C. Whitmire and Kenneth Whitmire (Ronda); her grandchildren, Mia-Lanae N. Brown, Harmony Mae Brown and Hailey Melika Hayes; her mother-in-law Geraldine M. Brown; her sisters-in-law, Diane, Deborah, Donna, Denesse and Drena; Theresa Whitmire. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
