He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Bell; and his brothers, William K. Hensley and Ronald L. Hensley. He is survived by: his mother Zawadi Yaashantawa; his wife Dietra La'Rae Hensley; his children, Kiara Lynaé Hensley and Ricardo Lee Hensley; his stepfather Arthur Little; his siblings, Antoyne Bell, Brian Keith Hensley, Joyce Denise Perry (Tyree), Darlyn Bell, Donita Turner and Deveda Bell; and his close friends, James Abernathy and Terence Clemmons.
