She is survived by: her daughters, Leslye Winkle (Jeff) of Van Buren, OH and Lyndsey Phillips-Mullett (Gene) of Columbus; her granddaughter Nicole Smith (Josh); her great grandchild William Smith; her niece Sandra Dick; her nephew Todd Trepasso (Michelle); her great-nephew Ian Trepasso; her great-niece Jordan Floyd (Chad); and her significant other Ed Phillips.
Although Audrey loved flowers, in lieu of arrangements donations can be made to WOSU in her memory, where she loved watching her British TV series with a cup of very hot tea with cream and sugar.
