Barbara Hipes Obituary

Barbara touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Barbara’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her significant other William T. "Bill" Hipes. She is survived by: her children, Steven (Kathleen) and Karen Hipes Adkins (late Alan Adkins); and her granddaughters, Aimee Adkins and Lauren Hipes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Graumlich Funeral Home (1351 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207).
