Barbara Jean Martin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Martin (Columbus, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Skinner and Irene Skinner. She is survived by: her husband Dick Martin; her children, Stacie Mosley (Dale) and Michael Fitzer (Mary Lou); her grandchildren, Ruby Fitzer, Sid Fitzer and Raemi Paxton (Matt); her great grandchildren, Ezekiel and Aurelia Paxton; her siblings, Mike Skinner (Ann) and Pam Fenn (Alan); and her siblings' children, Meghan Jordan (Art), Erin Skinner (Adam Eddy), Emily Lesser (Adam) and Ben Fenn. She is also survived by many great-nieces, a great-nephew, cousins, and lifelong friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services (5554 Karl Rd, Columbus, OH 43229). Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
