She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Call and Helen Call; and her sisters, Emma "Tiny" Dooley, Sharon Pendry, Virginia Sue Call and Lois Shope.

She is survived by: her husband Douglas Lewis; her children, Tammy Nesbitt (Doug), Terry Lilly (Laura), Kevin Steele (Jennifer), Angie Lee (Tony) and Josh Lewis (Amy); her grandchildren, Ty Lilly (Martha), Cody Lee (Alena), Ashlea Lilly (Chris Alvino), Aubrey Lilly, Brent Steele (Tabor), Elly Lewis, Kamron Steele, Kailey Steele and Sydney Lewis; and her siblings, Gary Call (late Mary), Charlotte Means, Kathy Taynor (Al) and Ed Call. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
