Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (322 Stewart Ave, Columbus, OH 43206). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (5600 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213).
He made important contributions to the creation of Topiary Park at Old Deaf School Park and to the preservation of trees around Columbus, especially in Schiller Park.
