He is survived by: his spouse Janyce; his children, Bernie Hickman, Brett Hickman, Diane Oesterle (Scott), Jeff Nuzum (Rolanda) and Mark Nuzum (Samantha); and his daughter-in-law Rolanda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
