She is survived by: her daughter Robin B. Palmer; her grandchildren, Kenyetta S. Hargrove and Shaniqua Dawkins-Turner; her children, Elder Rodney B. Phipps (S. Elaine) and Raynard B. Phipps; her sister Geraldine Hayes; and her friends, Joyce Woods, Juanita Motton, Dorothy Walls and Victoria Jackson Meeks. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
