She was predeceased by: her husband Garland Phillips; her children, Sharon Carter (Phillips) and Steven Phillips; and her son-in-law Mike Schwinne. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Schwinne (Phillips) and Kim Balling (Randy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives, friends, former co-workers.
