She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tartal and Bertha Tartal; and her siblings, Kathryn, Francis, Donna, Thomas and Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband John A. Goetz; her children, John E. (Mindy), Ann Sullivan (Mark), Julie Felske and David (Colleen); her sisters, Anne, Teresa, Jodi, Emma and Betsy; and her friend Judy Walker. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
