He is survived by: his wife Laurie Oser; his sons, Dr. Matthew Oser (Marianela) and Dr. David Oser (Elaine Shiang); his siblings, Joseph Oser (Kimberly Austin), Michael Oser (Nadine VanDyke) and Molly Oser (Terry Janicki); and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Amelia Oser, Avery and Arlo Oser.
