She is survived by: her significant other Eric Johnson; her children, Samantha Smith (Alec), Jennifer Laborce (Justin) and Thomas "Tommy" Lippold IV (Destiny); her grandchildren, Avery Smith, Leo Smith, Logan Laborce, Jett Laborce, Aubree Lippold and Adlee Lippold; and her brother Ted Eisleben.
